Prognosis |
Most patients can get their symptoms controlled adequately with therapy. Disappears at menopause. |

General Measures |
Increase daily exercise, balanced nutrition, regular sleep, cessation of smoking and stress reduction. Low salt, low caffeine, frequent small meals, high complex carbohydrates. |
